Benefits of Multigrain Flour over wheat


White flour of wheat and its products are major part of our diet. This flour is very high in glycemic index and major reason of diabetes, cholesterol, digestion problems curse of the modern life style. Eating whole grain stone crushed wheat is a balanced staple diet which is usually not available. last year I introduced Multigrain Flour instead of wheat alone. That multigrain must be stone crushed and blen of at least 9 ingredients like wheat, barley, oat, pulses, flax, millets, quinoa. This combination makes it so healthy as a result it became popular among diabetic patients. But it is not just for diabetic patients, everybody must use it so that it can help avoiding diseases and improving immune system.
