Dr Shahzad Basra is a Professor of agriculture, a motivational speaker, social activist, columnist and tourist. Healthy lifestyle is his passion and he focuses on food, nutrition, tourism and literature. As a professor he has introduced new super foods in Pakistan like moringa, quinoa, amaranth, chia, buckwheat and foxtail millet. He educates kitchen gardening and edible landscape among masses. Also a yoga instructor as well and teaches yoga and fitness tips on social media. Tourism especially exploring nature and tracking are his leading hobbies. Promoting Agritourism and educating healthy lifestyle to people through farm, education and food. He also writes columnist, humor, travelogues and short stories. Tree plantation is yet another area where he motivates the nation and has managed to plant millions of trees. He has a farm house and working on it to develop into a public place where entertainment will be provided through natural and pure food with cultural heritage.
