My Daily Fitness Weight Loss Plan


Fitness and health are the biggest blessing of life. You cannot enjoy the life without good health. To achieve this you need a regular workout. In this video I am presenting my routine workout. Usually I spent 1-2 h during afternoon in open atmosphere. I start with 2 km walk, then 2 km jogging, then I reach a stadium and go upstairs and down many times, then some warm up, stretch and yoga exercises, some planks. It is so relaxing. I avoid gym or indoor workout. I love to spend time in nature. Some times I also perform some crunches, squats, daily I change yoga postures. Some times some friends join me otherwise I perform alone. I try to walk at least 13000 steps a day.
