Breakfast like a king and you can afford it


Breakfast like a king,
lunch like a prince and
dine like a pauper
With time there is continuous change but this slogan is still true. Although the concept is same but the stuff has been changed. In old time physical work was more for everyone, most of the earnings were manual and physical work was required. Even the royals had to ride horses and travel, physical games etc so physical work. Common people had to travel on foot or carts or animals, work in the fields, women had to do all the physical hard work and resultantly required heavy breakfast full of energy in the shape of butter, ghee, milk, paratha etc. But with time now air-conditioned houses, offices, markets, vehicals, then mobile and computers, Tv, over-sitting life style cannot afford heavy full of fat and carbs breakfast. Now an ideal breakfast should be full of minerals, vitamins, proteins and fible with healthy fat and carbs. I have suggested a breakfast in this video. It is for people of all ages and gender. The breakfast is as under.
1. Poach/steamed or boiled egg
2. Disc sized chapati prepared from Multigrain flour (whole grain wheat, barley, oat, millet, sorghum, chickpea, flax, moringa and quinoa), buttered with clarified butter (desi ghee)
3. Yogurt sweetened with honey
4. Nuts 5-7(almond, walnut, pistachio, raisins)
5. Olives (5-7)
6. Daal (pulses)
7. Garlic and carrot pickle.
8. Cheese and fresh fruit (optional)
This is the best possible breakfast for all ages. You can add cheese and fruit
